Summary*:
In the midst of the COVID-19 Pandemic, large numbers of families have been affected economically, socially and psychologically. This Project Initiative is aimed at helping these families in western Honduras to recover economically through aid to financial access to support their idea of entrepreneurship, micro and / or small business, and the training of human resources and consultancies business according to the needs found.
We have over a decade of supporting such initiatives, and with your help we will do it again!

Descripción de la Campaña
La recaudación de fondos se encamina a contribuir a resolver la problemática de los micro, pequeños y medianos emprendedores que tienen poco o ningún acceso al sector financiero nacional, y muchos de ellos no pueden invertir o avanzar en sus negocios, otros recurren a préstamos con altas tasas de interés y de pago diario lo cual termina en un problema mayor.
Con los fondos recaudados se establecerá un programa de Emprendimientos Empresariales, terminando en la etapa de microcréditos de forma ordenada, lo cual se garantiza por los años de recorrido e imagen que la Agencia de Desarrollo Estratégico Local (ADELSAR) ha generado en su trayectoria.
Como es conocido; la pandemia COVID-19 ha afectado a nivel mundial, y nuestro territorio también ha sido afectado enormemente, sin embargo, estamos seguros que con esta iniciativa se ayudará para que los micro, pequeño y medianos empresarios/emprendedores/as puedan reorientar e impulsar nuevamente sus ideas de negocios y/o emprendimiento, lo cual es importante y necesario para recuperar la economía del municipio.
Conózcanos:
La Agencia de Desarrollo Estratégico Local de Santa Rosa de Copán (ADELSAR), nace como instrumento de gestión que impulsa en corresponsabilidad entre ciudadanía, gobierno local y empresa privada, el desarrollo socioeconómico del municipio de Santa Rosa de Copán en particular y de la zona occidental del país en general. Es una institución mixta, de carácter permanente, apolítica, con personería jurídica, que funciona con autonomía administrativa y está constituida por la representación de las 17 instancias ciudadanas (personas que realizan su voluntariado en diferentes ejes temáticos, esto con el propósito de contribuir con el bienestar de los ciudadanos del municipio), la Cámara de Comercio y el Gobierno Local.
El objetivo principal de la ADELSAR es el de contribuir al proceso de desarrollo del municipio, facilitando la dinamización de la actividad económica, apoyando el mejoramiento de la infraestructura social, formación de recurso humano, y fortaleciendo la capacidad gestionaría de la sociedad y sus instituciones.

Somos una asociación de carácter público - privado, que fortalece las capacidades de las Comisiones Ciudadanas, brindando acompañamiento a la gestión de las políticas, planes y proyectos estratégicos, articulando las acciones con el gobierno local, bajo principios de participación, transparencia y equidad

Transparencia
Esta Asociación Civil está legalmente constituida y para manejo transparente de los fondos, obtiene:

Auditorías Anuales Externas para el manejo de fondos propios.

Auditorías Externas por cada proyecto ejecutado con fondos de la Cooperación Internacional

Se cuenta con una Junta de Vigilancia que respalda la gestión administrativa y gerencial de ADELSAR.
A lo largo del tiempo, la Agencia ha sido sostenida principalmente con fondos de la cooperación internacional, a través de la ejecución de proyectos de Desarrollo en la zona y en los temas de interés de ambas partes, sin embargo, en los últimos años, la cooperación internacional ha ido retirando sus aportes en la zona, por tanto, algunas iniciativas de proyecto han sufrido cambios y reducciones en sus costos operativos y otros se han cerrado.
Con aportes del gobierno local y gestión de fondos propios se ha logrado mantener a esta agencia en funciones hasta la fecha, sin embargo, con la llegada de la Pandemia COVID-19, la situación para ADELSAR y en general para el país se ha complicado aún más.
Por lo antes expuesto y comprometidos con el desarrollo de nuestro municipio y brindarles nuevas oportunidades a los que más lo necesitan, hemos planteado esta importante campaña de solidaridad.
Apelamos que los aportes tanto de cooperantes como de personas naturales nos ayuden a que esta iniciativa sea una realidad.

As it is known; the COVID-19 pandemic has affected worldwide, and our territory has also been greatly affected, however, we are sure that this initiative will help so that micro, small and medium-sized entrepreneurs / entrepreneurs can reorient and boost their business and / or entrepreneurship ideas, which is important and necessary to recover the city´s economy.

The Local Strategic Development Agency (ADELSAR) was born as a management instrument that promotes joint responsibility between citizens, local government and private companies, the socioeconomic development of the municipality of Santa Rosa de Copán in particular, and of the western part of the country in general . It is a mixed institution, permanent, apolitical, with legal status, which operates with administrative autonomy, is constituted by the representation of the 17 citizen groups (people who volunteer in different thematic topics, this in order to contribute to the welfare of the citizens of the municipality), the Chamber of Commerce and the Local Government.
Over time, the Agency has been sustained mainly with funds from International Cooperation, through the execution of Development projects in the area, prioritizing issues of interest to both parties, however, in recent years this support It has been leaving the region.
The main objective of ADELSAR is to contribute to the development process of the municipality, facilitating the revitalization of economic activity, supporting the improvement of social infrastructure, training of human resources, and strengthening the management capacity of society and its institutions.

We are aware that alone we cannot, for this reason we have raised this campaign in favor of MSMEs and entrepreneurs, which are of utmost importance for the reactivation of the local economy.
